wmaker ! (ok, only my preference :)

wmaker has theames for the graphic (wm.themes.org) , 2 Prefprgs. ( WPrefs,
wmakerconf ;-) and many aplications ([wW]* ) writen just for it (and it also
integrates thouse for afterstep as well)
