Apache bandwidth module

Hi,

Firstly, thanks for the help with the serial console under Debian. I got
it working and did a full install over the serial port and it worked well.
The dinstall program could use a refresh key though for this purpose.
Like with pico's ctrl+l combo.

Anyways, I installed the Apache package from potato and have a question
about the throttle module. It is appairently a module to limit bandwidth
per user, can it do the same thing per virtual host. It'd be extreemly
useful if it could but I can't find much documentation on the subject.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
