ftping StarOffice in small doses

Hi all,
	I want to download StarOffice but with it being 70Mb I don't fancy having an
open line for seven hours plus. Does anyone know of an ftp program that can download
in chunks at a time and doesn't mind frequent interruptions. I think in the past someone 
mentioned 'cftp' but I can't find any information on that.
	Does anyone know if StarOffice 5 is libc5 or libc6. Libc6 would be better from 
my point of view, if it's not can anyone recommend an alternative.
