I don't think so:
# dpkg -s libc6
Version: 2.0.7u-7.1
Pre-Depends: ldso (>= 1.8.10-1)
# dpkg -s ldso
Version: 1.9.9-1
My ldso is from hamm, and libc6 from slink.
