Block devices for ide drives/cdrom's always start with /dev/hd and the
third letter corresponds to where it is installed in the drive chain.
a = primary ide chain, master drive
b = primary ide chain, slave drive
c = secondary ide chain, master drive
d = secondary ide chain, slave drive
