yes - /dev/fd0/mnt does not exist.
You need mount /dev/fd0 /mnt
^ this is important.

This is in base: dists/stable/main/binary-i386/base/
(the exact name depends on whether you use stable or unstable - gzip
should tab-complete OK).

Should do - newer kernels support fat32. I don't know the flag for it
though.
