Gnus doesn't start
Dear all
I'm using gnus 5.6.44-1 , and emacs 20.3-1. I have a .newsrc file,
which seems to be OK:
$ ls -l .newsrc
-rw-rw-r-- 1 mcv21 mcv21 630 Oct 7 11:06 .newsrc
When I run Gnus, I get an error:
nntp (news) open error: ''. Continue? (y or n)
if I hit y, I get a garbage group, and that's all:
*: nndraft:drafts
If I hit n, I get the following:
Couldn't open server on news
trn works fine....
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Matthew
