Either the portmapper is not running, or your /etc/hosts.allow and
/etc/hosts.deny are too strict. If you're running with a mostly closed
config, you will need an extra entry for "portmapper", "rpc.nfsd"
and "rpc.mount" in /etc/hosts.allow.
