It's not an nedit bug. You need to update one of the libs used by nedit.
I'm sorry but I forget which one. Maybe libXt? In any case I suggest you
don't hesitate to contact the maintainer of the Deb nedit package, who
very graciously and promptly helped me out with this same problem
recently. Due to my precocious Altzheimers, and recent hard drive demise,
I can't retreive the info you need.
