The key is the reboot - the problem isn't your debian time, but the
hardware clock. You have two solutions:
a) don't reboot (my favorite)
b) use the clock (Debian 1.3) or hwclock (Debian 2.0+) command to
	set your hardware clock. Be sure to read the man pages.
