I'm not sure how you missed this because it's been an oft repeated
question.... with an oft repeated answer - occasionally by me.

Yes, that's useless. The SureStor only comes with Packet Writing software
(Adaptec DirectCD). You *have* to get software capable of writing raw ISO
images to the CD. Adaptec's Easy CD Creator Deluxe will do this - as will
many others. (But, nothing that came with your SureStor.)
