Am I able to do something similar to what you did in

domains="partial-lsearch;/etc/exim/aliases.virtual";  

in the aliases.virtual file?

For instance, can I put a line in the domains.virtual:

# Warped-Reality.com aliases
lsearch;/home/wr/aliases.mail

Also, do I not have to run newaliases after updating 
/etc/exim/aliases.virtual?
