I have nearly the same setup and this worked for me:
- install lilo in the linux root partition (/dev/hda9 in my case)
  You can do this by changing the line "boot=/dev/???" in /etc/lilo.conf.
- read the boot sector from this partition and write it to a file
  You can either use dd under linux or a program called "bootpart" under DOS.
  I used bootpart, because it also writes a correct line to NT loader's
boot.ini.
- enter the file in the NT loader, if you used dd
