alternative ftp sites

Hi,

I've been trying to download a debian package
(libc6 to be specific) for quite some time but the
ftp server at Debian.org is limited to 150
anonymous users and is always maxxed out. I've
tried going to the international mirrors listed on
the site but they all point back to the same ftp
server.

Does anyone know of an alternative site that has
the debian packages that I might try?
