getpeername: socket error (telnetd)
I have suddenly experienced problems trying to telnet localhost (can't
connect) and telneting from a client to this host (bad port number),
and have checked all the usual config files. I have now found that if
I run in.telnetd I get the message:
"in telnetd: getpeername: Socket operation on non-socket"
I have hunted around in the usual places but am at a loss to know how
to fix this.
Anyone know?
