mouseman+ with linux

Hi all,

Does anybody have any info on using the 4-button/1-wheel logitech
mouseman+ mouse with linux?  I see that the X 3.3.2.1 has a protocol
for it but it doesn't say anything about its bindings, etc.  What about
gpm?
