Your .procmailrc file looks ok to me, as long as you have a $HOME/Mail
directory. It may be a bug in smail. To be sure, do the following:
mv .procmailrc .procmailrc.not.yet
so that all mail go to /var/spool/mail.
This way you will know whether procmail does the deliver right or not.
