-- Does this mean;

1) setting 115200 is independent of any setting of {normal,hi,vhi}, or s
there an interaction, and thus only certain valid pairs.

2) Is the report of Baud-base rate from "seterial -a" the bottom line, it
says 115200 and normal.
        lrouter# setserial -a /dev/ttyS0
            /dev/ttyS0, Line 0, UART: 16550A, Port: 0x03f8, IRQ: 4
            Baud_base: 115200, close_delay: 50, divisor: 0
            closing_wait: 3000, closing_wait2: infinte
            Flags: spd_normal skip_test session_lockout

   But, "stty -a < /dev/ttyS0" says baud = 57600.

If so, I still wonder why we are only getting ~< 56K throughput..
