the easiest way to find Debian packages is to go to the "Debian Packages"
section on www.debian.org (There are links to pages nearer to you - e.g. I use
www.de.debian.org)
There you can search for the package you need via CGI.
The links returned by the same will redirect you to the appropriate
pages. The advantage is that those pages contain both links to the package
location on the ftp-server as well as a short summary and links to packages
required by the package you want to install.

I recollect having downloaded your packages at a spot like this:

libc6 -->  hamm/base
xlib6g --> hamm/X11
xpm4g  --> hamm/X11
