installing ethernet

	I have a new ethernet card 3com 10/100 tx PCI need to read some docs, but
im not sure which to read.
	Just point me in the right direction and i will read the man/howto's the
ethernet howto says to read the net-2 howto but someone said thats not
going to help me?! errrrr btw, i already have an ethernet card in the box,
its an ne2000.
