Not a useful one, no :)  Heck, I probably couldn't put together a useful one if it was in spanish :)  

I just got the gist of it, and if I had some time and a win95 cd to play around with (or a cd drive in this machine, for that matter :), i could probably figure it out.  But without checking my interpretation by doing, it would be a recipe for disaster . . .
