dselect / ftp broken

Grab any Perl packages that are outstanding by FTP and then install
those using dpkg - that should fix it.

I had the same problem when upgrading.

SH> Hi --

SH> So it looks like PERL5 got screwed up, yes?

SH> What can I do to replace the proper minimal items so that dselect (a

SH> Thank you for your help -- Sam
