Career limiting move ?
I think not...
The company I work for chose Linux because :
1.	It works
2.	Its reliable
3.	It does not require HUGE amounts of resources to function.
4.	MOST IMPORTANTLY !!!
	You can get support from people who use it, and know what they are talking
about !!!
