Yes. Install the dmsdosfs package from sunsite.unc.edu (you have to search
for the correct path, I don't know it. Probably something with
kernel/driver/fs in it). Read the documentation!

There are some tools to access it form dos (perhaps windows too), but I
never used them. Certainly there are security issues involved. I don't want
Windows to have access to the linux file system. Try to involve your
favourite search engine.
