Re: How to share files with Win95 or NT



I don't think that is that great of a suggestion.  I am trying to run deselect for the first time.  You know how many different files to is going to download.....It would take all day to ftp these files to my local drive.  That is what dselect is supposed to do.

Now, can anyone tell me is there a way to monitor or capture the commands dselect is issuing to my ftp proxy???

I can watch from the firewall and see that dselect gets stuck.  But I can't tell what is going on.  I think the open command that dselect is sending to my proxy is getting rejected by the proxy and then the proxy is waiting for dselect to retry but it never does.
