Yes, use one of the "private" network blocks set aside for that purpose
by IANA. I typically use any number that starts with 10 and chose a
netmask to suit the number of hosts needed. Ie. 10.0.0.x with a netmask
of 255.255.255.0 gives 254 hosts that can be used.
