One of the problems that I have seen is that since Linux is an open OS, it
tends to announce it bugs to the world and people get the impression that
it is bug ridden. Folks need to understand that the bugs are annonced to
get as many eyeballs as possible on the code to get the problem correected
in a hurry. The fact that you can even run Linux on the internet without
a 12yo kid being able to blast you out of the water speaks WONDERS for an
open operating system .... you can have the source code and STILL can't
break it!
