So long as you can write a script which will return the information you
want to graph in a format of (# to graph\n# to graph\nuptime\nhostname) it
should be trivial to do using the external get command with MRTG.

Use a line like this in your mrtg.cfg:

Target[psg-p50]: `/usr/local/bin/scriptname`

And the output should look something like:

12456
486582
5:25
anc-p50

The last two lines can basically look however you want.
