non-US , RE:ssh

What about having that
all   debian mirrors   who can contain a non-us package
have a directory called  non-US so that we may set our dpkg-ftp
to  stable free contrib non-US  and load all non US packages automagically?

this is not so now


BTW in ftp.de.debian.org I could set
 
 Enter space seperated list of distributions to get
 [stable non-free contrib ../debian-non-US/bo]: 
 
and this works...
but on other sites it can change
