If you follow the libc5-to-libc6 mini-howto that's posted here frequently,
it's not bad.  I've been running unstable since june,  and haven't had any
serious problems.

They're not fully tested, and they're under flux -- sometimes a new
version of a package in unstable may be uploaded frequently,
as the maintainer works out something.
