Bug or what? on gcc installation: SOLVED

Okay Okay I have solved the problem. The problem is because I installed
ptolemy package. Now this package has some weird configurations and in
addition to that it installs its own gcc. This version of gcc is not
similar to the system installed one. Hence the difference between root and
other users.
