You might also want to try reseating the memories. Sometimes you get a
beter contact with their sockets. 

You can also consider cleaning the contacts, but you risk destroying the
memories with static if you do that. So, consider that the last resort.

Trying known-good memories and checking if the signal 11 keeps coming is
an option too.

Also, you should really try to look into the bus timings as you can set
them in the chipset configuration in the BIOS setup utility.

It will cool the processor and probably elongate its lifespan. But it has
no relation to your problem AFAIK.
