You can add some entries to /etc/securetty, ie.:

ttypa
ttypb
ttypc
ttypd

But this is bad practice.  It's better to use ssh instead.  ssh is
nicer anyways, since you can avoid passwords completely.  The only
problem with ssh is that it isn't free for commercial use.
