Some time ago I encountered the "perlmail" program. As comments in the
code say,

# To get the latest version, send mail to ramos@engr.latech.edu,containing
# "send perl/perlmail" as the Subject line. The contents of the message is
# irrelevant and will be literally forwarded to /dev/null.

If it doesn't work, I still have 3-year-old version.
