The above is incorrect!

If you can do uucp OVER TCP/IP, you can connect to ANYONE on planet earth
(or beyond, if they have a tcp/ip connection) who is willing to hold your
MX record, collect your mail, and let you grab it by UUCP.  Just because
your ISP does not offer UUCP does NOT MEAN that you can not use it.
