netscape plugin problem

Hi folks, when starting netscape I get the following error.
Cant load plugin /usr/local/netscape/plugins/libnullplugin.so. Ignored.

[paul:~/tmp:]$ldd /usr/local/netscape/plugins/libnullplugin.so 
        libc.so.5 => /lib/libc.so.5
        libXm.so.1.2 => not found
where and how do i get libXm.so.1.2?  thanks in advance.
