download fetchmail package, and read its manpage.  It can be configured to  
deliver to any number of local accounts easily.  You can then set up a cron 
job that would dial up your ISP, run fetchmail, and 'sendmail -q' (or 'smail 
-q' or runq or whatever depending on the mail program you have installed ) 
which delivers all outgoing mail to your isp's mail server provided you 
configured your Mail Transport Agent(MTA, examples: sendmail, smail, exim) 
correctly.
