Dosemu help

Hello all,

I downloaded dosemu 0.64.3 and compiled it according to the Quickstart.
I am currently running kernel 2.0.9. If I understand correctly, my kernel
DOES NOT require any patching to enable vm86plus with this latest version
of dosemu.

When I try to run "dos" I get, "vm86plus service not available in your
kernel."

The kernel IS compiled with SYSVIPC enabled - this is the IPC required by
dosemu is it not?

When I compile dosemu with no vm86plus, it works ok, but I want this
feature enabled.

What am I doing wrong? The documentation is rather outdated but from what
I have read, vm86plus should work.

Thanks to Phillipe Troin for the suggestion on Afterstep, installing the 8
bit icons did restore my colormap. 8-)
