You will find this information at the top of the /etc/init.d/network file;
ie
#! /bin/sh
ifconfig lo 127.0.0.1
route add -net 127.0.0.0
IPADDR=192.168.2.17
NETMASK=255.255.255.248
NETWORK=192.168.2.16
BROADCAST=192.168.2.23
GATEWAY=none
ifconfig eth0 ${IPADDR} netmask ${NETMASK} broadcast ${BROADCAST}
route add -net ${NETWORK} netmask ${NETMASK}
route add -host ${IPADDR}
