Can't execute slrn in 1.3.1

I updated to 1.3.1 from 1.3 and now I get the following when I try to run
slrn:

[nielsen:nielsen]$ ls -al /usr/bin/slrn
-rwxr-xr-x   1 root     root       171072 Jun 23 08:26 /usr/bin/slrn
[nielsen:nielsen]$ /usr/bin/slrn
bash: /usr/bin/slrn: No such file or directory

It's really there (or is it?)
