Debian specific questions on the list?

Not a bad idea.
Actually, a new user won't know what is a Debian-specific question,
a Linux-specific question, a Unix-specific question...
So we have to expect a lot of unrelated questions that could appear
in any comp.os.linux.* newsgroup.
