ChOS problem

OK I needed boot manager so I picked this up. It's a nice little proggy
(in my case it's choosing from Linux and Windows NT) but it has a very
nasty habit - whenever it runs (during boot) it zeros my computer clock
- but not in the BIOS because when I enter BIOS and display the time
it's correct. It doesn't however zero my date.

Any ideas for such strange behavior? My anti-viri pckg says there is
nothing suspicious on my computer.
Thanx
