I onced helped someone else with a similar problem, I suggested he boot
dos copy root.bin, linux, loadin.exe and base.tgz to a dos directory and
execute
loadlin linux initrd=root.bi
then mount the dos partition once linux has loaded to get access to the
base.tgz. The problem with the floppy only occure during kernel boot for
him so this worked. I think it was slightly different, though.. Not sure..
