missing packages from "stable"

I'm still installing debian to my 701CS Thinkpad via ftp, and I seem to be
missing a 'required' package (required for me, anyway):

stable/binary-i386/admin/pcmcia-cs_2.9.1-2.deb: No such file OR directory

Any idea why this would be missing from "stable"?
