Re: Adaptec 2940 and 3940 PCI/SCSI adapters



The driver, or module you need is aic7xxx.  My 2940 works fine, 
under 2.0.29, 2.0.27 and previous kernels.  
Under a 2.1.31 kernel that I compiled, I have an un-referenced 
symbol that I haven't tracked down yet.
