I got fvwm-95 but can't get it to compile under Debian 1.1

I got fvwm-95 but I can't get it to compile under Debian 1.1:

    It's complaining about a missing file:  xpm.h

    and a missing library:  Xpm

Is there a debian package for this xpm stuff?  
Where do I Look?
Where do I install it? (if not Debian)
Has anybody got fvwm-95 to compile?  
What did you have to do to make it run?
