Announce: ImageMagick package

I've debianized Imagemagick and contacted Bruce for transfering it 
to the
ftp archive. In the meantime, you can get it from anonymous ftp from
ftp://ftp.fifi.org/pub/debian
There are three packages:
	o imagemagick (executables with shared library)
	o imagemagick-dev (include files, little use)
	o imagemagick-doc (html pages you can find at 
		http://www.wizards.dupont.com/cristy/ImageMagick.html)

The packages requireone library (libpng1) which is not included in 
Debian-1.1. 
You can retrieve it from ftp.debian.org as usual.
