When is 1.1 stable?

I just bought a newdrive so I can fit more stuff on my system. If 1.1 is 
going to be stable soon I might wait before installing it.  That way I 
don't have to set things up all over again.  So, When do we expect 1.1 to 
be stable? Thanks
