* Short answer (to mount whicheverpartition on the directory mnt): 

mount -t msdos /dev/whicheverpartition /mnt

i.e. (for my zip-drive)
mount -t msdos /dev/sdc1 /mnt

You can substitute another location for mnt, and you'll have to do
this as root or as a user with the right permissions.
