Uh-oh.

138.72.50.60 is "mongo.pixar.com", the Debian list server.
Your kernel is set up to drop source-routed frames. You can reconfigure
the kernel to allow them as a work-around. I don't really
see why they would be happening. Could you tell us how the systems
between your host and the Internet have their routes to your system
set up? Does anyone with some more routing smarts than yours truly have
a handle on this?
